Cheryl

I grew up in Franklin, TN, went to school in Nashville at St. Cecilia Academy and later had the opportunity to live in several other southeast cities - Charlotte, Charleston and Little Rock to name a few. Several years ago I realized my home is Williamson County so I returned to Nashville and Franklin. It didn’t take me long to realize why Middle Tennessee will always be home - the people, the cities, the communities – the quality of life is like no other place. Not only do my husband, daughter and I live in Franklin but also both of our families - we are all in
the Franklin, Brentwood and Nashville communities. Because of this, I believe strongly that we make our home in a wonderful area and I enjoy every day the opportunity to help others make this their home.

Before forming the Forbes l Plunkett Real Estate Group, I worked with SilverPointe Properties, Franklin, bringing over sixteen years of retail industry experience with me to the real estate field. My experience in retail of managing many people, situations, and operations has proved to be beneficial in marketing homes, negotiating contracts and seeing the deal through to completion.

Brandon

I grew up in Franklin, TN – attending elementary school in the Grassland community and later attending Montgomery Bell Academy in Nashville. After graduating from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, I enjoyed living in and getting to know Atlanta, Georgia and Lexington, KY. But, Middle Tennessee came calling and I accepted a position at Baker Storey McDonald Properties, a local commercial real estate firm in Nashville. After learning from some great mentors, I left for Freeman Webb Company, a very successful real estate company also located in Nashville.

After working with and learning from some great real estate business people, Cheryl and I decided to build our brand and company specializing in residential real estate, while also providing commercial real estate services to clients in need of that specialty.

The Nashville area is home to me. I love the community, the history, the people, the towns, the countryside – this combination is why my wife Cheryl and I are so happy to raise our daughter Ellison here.
